As I told you a prior article, some positions at the table are better than others. Because of that you should play very few hands in the bad positions at the table, and a lot of hands at the good positions. The button and the cutoff are very good positions, and as you can see from the hand listing below we will play a lot of hands in these positions. I suggest you always come in raising when you are the first person to enter a pot, make a 4 times the big blind raise. Limping in is almost never a good idea in 6 max No Limit Holdem, I never do it at all.
When it says “s” behind a hand it means it is only the suited version, “o” means off-suit and nothing behind means both versions. I’ve taken into consideration that you are a fairly new player when making this list of hands to play, once you get more experienced you can play a few more hands, especially suited connectors. I also don’t recommend calling much, the reason to call with all your pairs is to hit 3 of a kind on the flop, this is also called a set. First in means that there are only limpers or people folding in front of you.
